I think we've created a monster...nearly 30 people today! Thank you to everyone for coming and pushing through a hard one.

The workout:
4 round for time of -

10 burpees
5 x 5 second hand stands
10x10 dumbell clean press
15 body rows

HUGE turnout today! Hopefully none of you are "resolutionaries" that fade away after a couple of weeks...stick with this, even through the soreness. By summer, you will see a difference both in your performance and appearance. Thanks for coming!

We had a few brave ones partake today, I'm sure Friday will be a even better. For those who couldn't make it but would like to do the workout, here it is:

Tabata Intervals:

:20 "on", :10 "off" x 8 rounds per exercise - Do each exercise the full 8 rounds, then move to the next.
Pull up
Sit up
Squat
Push up
Box Jump
