Run a 5k hard effort, then 100 push ups, 100 sit ups. Enjoy!
I am doing the workout today. Not sure I'm taking the same path Arch outlined. I'm going down the canyon by the two mounds and then looping around to run up the Lusk hill. Not sure how far that is but it's close to 5k.
And I was trying to make it easyier on you. Lusk it up, man.
ActiveX is functional movement, strength and top-end cardio training. I wanted people to workout with, and to truly make Active, active. It's motivating, it's bonding, it's good for us, and, it's fun.
