50 "ball" sit ups / 100 jump rope /  400 with 20lb ball overhead

50 "ball" inverted shoulder presses  / 100 jump rope /  400 with 20lb ball overhead

50 "ball" squats  / 100 jump rope /  400 with 20lb ball overhead
