4 Rounds starting behind parking garage

30 push ups
30 sit ups

Run to corner of parking lot with 20lb weight overhead, set weight down, run down to tennis court area and do 25 "pull ups" on the railing

Run back to 20lb. weight

Run back to start with weight overhead

repeat
