Today's workout pretty much left my shoulders... well basically left them meaning I have none.
None of the stations were as hard as just running with that stupid ball over my head.
Too bad Toby wasn't there to put me to shame today.
Brutal workout...can't really feel my arms, but I loved it!
My shoulders are smoldered.
Great shoulder workout... I think I am going to have a hard time washing my hair tomorrow! Ha-ha!

I'm with mike@active - I took more breaks running with the 20lb weight over my head than I did pumping out all the push ups.

Let's just say I could barely lift my driver during my golf lesson last night!! We'll just blame my aching shoulders for doing terrible at my lesson...hahaha!! Always a great time Arch!
Don't forget about running up and down a flight of stairs each time. Killer work out. A true test of intestinal fortitude.

Great workout, the Tri's really got worked in the pushups and running with the weights over-head. Bryan P. and I found out it best to just Run as fast as possible with the over-head weights. In theory the TRI seemed more forgiving then this work-out. Thanks Arch!
