So, that was a little excessive. I can see my actual tail bone, all the skin has been rubbed off. I'm glad they didn't turn 30. I'll post a modified version below what we actually did today:

Warm up run down Lusk Blvd.
From the bottom to the stop light at the top of the hill http://.6 miles, do:


29 lunges
29 pushups
29 lunges
29 situps


Repeat until you get to the top.


2x29 pullups
400m of 29 shuffles left, 29 shuffles right, until you complete the distance.


Modified version


29 lunges
29 pushups
29 strides running
29 lunges
29 situps
29 strides running


Repeat until you get to the top

As many rounds as you can do in 40 minutes of:

5 Wall Ball
15 push ups
15 bicycle abs
5 mustang burpees
15 sumo squats

MISERABLE!!!

25 wall ball
100 jump rope

200m agility run [20m run, 20m shuffle left, 20 run, 20m shuffle right, 20m run, 20 shuffle left, 20m run, 20 shuffle right, 20m run, 200 run back to start, then 25 push ups, REPEAT

800m trail run
2x25 dumbell swings
800m trail run

Looking at around :45 for this one!

A fun :30 workout that paraded us around the building so everyone not choosing to participate could see what they were missing out on!

400 m lunge single file, where people can see you
100 body rows
400 m run BACKWARDS
100 sit ups

Wow, this one was brutal.

25 wall burpees
25 full-extension sit ups
50m sprint
50m weighted lunges 20lb men, 10lb women, held overhead
bearcrawl down 4 flights of stairs
25 wall dips

Two times down and up Lusk Blvd http://.5 mile down, .5 mile up alternating 10 push ups and 10 sit ups every 2 mintues. Always with your head down hill.
