Went to give blood immediately after road rage IV. They looked at me, shook their heads and kicked me out of the trailer. Probably figured I had nothing left to give.

Oh man...I thought why is evrybody so afraid of this....went down the hill, went up...thats it....THEN I SAW WHY people were scared of this one....TWO rounds?!?!
So if someone wanted to donate blood...I think I could have actually needed it....;-)

This work out kills me every time... I fear it more than the boogeyman, sometimes at night I wake up in sweats and check to see if Lusk is hiding under my bed. Then when it is time to finally face the fear, I am thankful that everyone else is with me and also for the break that I get while doing push-ups. LOL
Did anyone else notice the sweat that we sprayed all over the sidewalk? There were drops everywhere!

This one is my favorite too mainly because I always think I can't do it but end up finishing it. It pushes me to the limit.

Always a tough work out! I really liked the alternating sit ups and push ups this time. Every time I am hoping for water stations to be placed up and down Lusk!

Good fat burner today. I left about 5 lbs. of water on Lusk.

Good times as always, I think we need some "I hear Lusk" shirts...
For some reason the blood bank didnt turn me away 1 hr after Lusk...probably because of my popular blood Couldn't move this AM, thanks Arch!

Lusk and I have a love hate relationship for sure. I wish I gave blood instead.
Oooh...I was giving blood yesterday and wasn't able to do this one...I gotta be honest...I'm not really too upset about that -- No me gusta Lusk.
