Well.. I can say I did them all but it was a very slow process for me. I never thought I would say the running (400) was my best part of a the workout! Today it was! Thanks Arch!

Also lets all not forget that Arch does a ton for us and the least we can do is clean up our OWN weights and mats!

If you havent joined the early morning workouts yet... come out because your bagel will taste that much better

Ya, it would be great if we all could pitch in on cleanup similar to when you played HS and College sports where everyone helps out, makes it a quicker process when its a team effort!
