So, that was a little excessive. I can see my actual tail bone, all the skin has been rubbed off. I'm glad they didn't turn 30. I'll post a modified version below what we actually did today:
Warm up run down Lusk Blvd.
From the bottom to the stop light at the top of the hill http://.6 miles, do:
29 lunges
29 pushups
29 lunges
29 situps
Repeat until you get to the top.
2x29 pullups
400m of 29 shuffles left, 29 shuffles right, until you complete the distance.
Modified version
29 lunges
29 pushups
29 strides running
29 lunges
29 situps
29 strides running
Repeat until you get to the top
