Hilly, 1.75 mile run with 10 pushups on the 2:00.

2x25 12/20 wall ball tosses

2x50 ab throwdowns

Great work today everyone. Hopefully that will be the last HOT RoadRage. Maybe we can get bak to the original Trail of Tears in October...

Rest interval is when waiting for partner to finish their station. This is a good one!
