This was way too easy.... Just kidding I couldn't do the whole thing and almost passed out.

I am still sweating from this workout! I liked the soundtrack throughout of everyone trying to catch their breaths!

Lot's of things I want to say, but today all you get is a big "thanks" for always pushing us Arch. No way I'd ever do this on my own.

That was really tough. Its extra hard when you actually do the WHOLE work out. Which everyone is capable of... Carson.

Another challenging one! I never thought push up technique mattered that much until today.

Being a 'dude' really hurt today.

I saw a lot of GUYS that weren't doing full extensions on both the push-ups and pull-ups. It's better to do them right and not finish than finish with poor technique. Good fundamentals will only help you in the future. If it's easy then you're probably not doing them right. Honestly, do you think Arch would make ActiveX "easy"?!

Really enjoyed this one. I heart pullups.

Thanx Bryan for calling me out on this one ;)

I forgot how to get the right sweat after a week being in Puerto Vallarta where you start sweating like this workout after just being outside for 10 seconds.

I loved this workout! I would have never done 150 push-ups (no knees) and 150 pull-ups on my own Arch! Who would? Great workout and now I am super sore!

Thanks :)

I'm fearful that a workout involving lifting parked cars is not far off...

ActiveX is functional movement, strength and top-end cardio training. I wanted people to workout with, and to truly make Active, active. It's motivating, it's bonding, it's good for us, and, it's fun.
