Hand Stands
Reverse Lunges
Push Ups
Squats
Push Press
Scissors
Mustang Burpees

Good one today, I think everyone dug it.

ARCH... Good one! Just in case you thought you could get rest with a Tabata, nope, hold the squat during rest period. I actually think the "rest" portion of squats was the 20 seconds on.
