Trail Run

Sit Ups

Turkish Get Ups

Stair Runs

Wall Ball

 

Each team to complete 400 total wall balls. Rotate stations when your runner returns.

PS. I love the ending to that video... That about sums up how I feel after every workout. Just a good group of friends every time we train.
