What an adventure! That was so much fun... I think I may have pulled a few muscles though. Its much harder than it looks! It was also a really great abs workout because of all the laughing

ActiveX is functional movement, strength and top-end cardio training. I wanted people to workout with, and to truly make Active, active. It's motivating, it's bonding, it's good for us, and, it's fun.
This looks amazing.. wish I was there!
