I feel like that pumpkin right about now.. All this candy on my desk is very tempting, but once I have one "fun" size bar that will equal this mornings workout.. not sure its worth it. Arch left out one fairly significant detail about today's workout.  In the spirit of Halloween Arch had us walk into the storage bin one at a time, read the workout for the day, then run out yelling and flailing our arms (an intro to the 1 mile kickoff run).

 

Anybody who missed this morning and will be making it up this afternoon, don't forget to do this....
