The international sign for choaking in hands around the throat. Pretty much what everyone wanted to do to me today.

 

 

3 rounds of:

 

 

10 Turkish Getups (total)

10 Wall Ball tosses

40 Hollowrocks

 

 

Run 400 meter

 

 

20 Body Rows

20 Plyo Push Ups

 

 

Run 400 meters BACKWARDS

 

 

 

 

 

That one almost made me yak.

I would love to propose a small tweak to this workout -- dialing down one of the exercises just a wee bit -- but knowing you Arch, I'm sure that this would only result in more, not less, for the next go round...

That one hurt a lot more after the fact...  I felt ok during the workout, but now I feel like a I got hit by a house.
