I really liked the diversity of this one. I'd have to agree with the running backwards part Rob! Thanks Arch!!
I'd also like to nominate the running backwards as the hardest part in this workout...with the hollowrocks as a close second!
I would love to propose a small tweak to this workout -- dialing down one of the exercises just a wee bit -- but knowing you Arch, I'm sure that this would only result in more, not less, for the next go round...
I was looking for ab work and boy did we get it. I'm obviously not a rocker!
That one hurt a lot more after the fact... I felt ok during the workout, but now I feel like a I got hit by a house.
