I think this whole pull-up process will be a much nicer one once I start bringing a step stool with me to X. Any girls with me on this one??
thanks for the shout out Arch!! Sorry Rob
I'm just glad I could do it and not fall flat on my face after attempting "8" knees to elbows.. Must have been the great teacher's advice
why are my legs sore? I think we found the Dietz Christmas card..!http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i150/maile222_photos/IMG_6938.jpg|alt=Photobucket|src=http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i150/maile222_photos/IMG_6938.jpg|border=0! now we just have to figure out how to add Kristy in there...
All I can say is my poor, poor hands. Battle scars between me and the pull up bar. I think they won this time around.
I think I broke my finger trying to jump up onto pull up bars...it's purple
I think I broke my toe when I karate kicked the X box trying to get up on the pull up bars...it has no feeling
Agreed Caehle Pants...
Good times...
Great work-out Arch, the pull up bars are adding another step to our work-outs and running backwards - added to the a good night's sleep. -Good Timez!
I've got serious DOMS:
"Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), also sometimes called muscle fever, is the pain or discomfort often felt 24 to 72 hours after exercising and subsides generally within 2 to 3 days. It is frequently said to be caused by lactic acid buildup;[citation needed] however, since lactic acid disperses fairly rapidly, it could not explain pain experienced days after exercise"
Well.... As you can see from the several photos of me about ready to die... It was a tough one! Thanks for capturing the pain Arch!
