I really liked the type of work out; fast and hard.  Definitely worth going. I missed my "boyfriend" on those pull ups though!  I'm excited about the new structure. It sounds like it is going to compliment training plans for different events. Arch, thanks for always coming up with creative and innovative ways to work out!

It was great to be back out with you all today. I aggrevated an old back injury and had to lay low for a couple weeks. I just really appreciate everyone working hard, supporting each other and getting fit. I realized how much I missed Active X. We've got a great thing going.
