In our hectic lives its importnant we remeber to take a few minutes every day to take deep breaths and quiet our minds to find serenity.
This peace whether you find it whilke running, walking to just stepping outside for a few minutes is very important for our overall health.
For me i take deep breaths in through my mouth making sure i extend my abdomen with air. Then I hold it for 6 seconds and breath out like through a straw. I repeat this 6 times and find by the second breath I can feel my shoulders relax. When i open my eyes I find I can think clearer and my concntration is sharper.
I encourage you to encorporate this into your every day.
