If I had to grade my progress over the past couple weeks, I woul dsay it is "Average at Best". Yes I get a couple runs in a week, and overall I am doing ok. However, time really has been a major challenge for me lately and my overall results are not where I would like them. Nobody to blame but me. But I have really struggled to find a way around it. Work and home responsibilities are literally consuming my days from 6am to 10pm at night. I know this sounds crazy, but it is true. I literally have to squeeze in a workout when I can. I am yet to get my arms around my diet, and my goal this week is to really figure that out.
If I can figure out the eating and continue my running and lifting, I should be in a good place come May (Half Marathon). Anyhow, I am clearly not going to be put on the cover of Health and Fitness Magazine anytime soon. But I am doing ok.
