Hi Gale,
Thanks! I figured I'd take I couple minutes before I headed off to work to check out some of my favorite blogs. I didn't expect to see my name on one!
As my father-in-law once told me about my cycling to work everyday regardless of conditions that's "senseless dedication to a cause." I think he'd say the same thing about 10K miles!
Here's the profile of my miles over the year: http://picasaweb.google.com/rrkbighorn/10KBikeMiles#
Thanks,
Ron
Well done! 10K is a ton of miles. I like that "Senseless Dedication to a cause". I'll have to put this on my list of things to do if I ever do loose my senses Right behind doing Leadville... ![]()
Ron ~
Cool graph, thanks for sharing! It is interesting to me the patterns of volume that emerged. Early in the plan you had a series of one on, one off weeks. Later in the plan, I saw more weeks of building volume.
Nerdy coaches love to see this kind of stuff.
Don't know about you, but I suspect we'll see Steve at the Pbville start line again one day...
Yay Ron! Congratulations! Makes me feel like a piker!
