I've looked at rule sets for USAT and cannot find guidelines for minimum temps. There are <a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://www.triathlon.org/docs/downloads/ituevents_competition-rules-2010_2010-02-11.pdf">ITU guidelines posted</a> (see pages 14-15) but I'm not sure these rules apply to Ironman. If anyone out there knows the minimum temperature rules for IM, let me know.
