Dear Jeff,

I am training for the Dallas White Rock marathon on Dec. 9th. This is my first marathon. I had my first triathlon season this summer. I am 44 years old and have been running for 4 years consistently. The marathon in Dallas has a time limit for completion which is 6.5 hours. According to your chart of running times, I am worried about finishing in the required time. I ran a 5K in 32 mins. about a week ago. What pace do I need to maintain to finish in less than 6.5 hours? I am currently using your training program to train. Is there a Jeff Galloway pace group running the Dallas marathon? Your help would be appreciated.
