Like Dave I log every mile I run and keep track of every race I've run and as of last Tuesday I've run 346 races. I "was" nervous during my first few races until I realized that what I felt as "nervous" was not a pejorative feeling, rather it was anticipation of something I love doing. Think pleasurable "excitement" Isn't that why we do this?
In addition to motherhood and a busy life, I will become a runner. I will juggle family obligations while training and work hard to reach weight loss goals. Feel free to follow me on my journey.
