Track workouts started back up this week. It was nice to do them in the sunshine. It was great to be outside with other runners.....all jiggling around the track together.
The workout:
1000 (600 rest) - 5:06
1000 (600 rest) - 5:12
1000 - 5:28
jogged to reach a total of 4 miles
(One woman who looked twice my age ran faster than me. I tried not to think about it.
