  • I am struggling with exercising and eating. It started with the five days of rainy weather, and that was that. I've slipped into my old patterns again, not exercising and eating beyond my allotted calorie intake. 
  • Time to get back cracking...... Making a commitment to working out 30 minutes minimum-1 hour maximum. Starting Sunday 6/5/2011.

This year I decided to make changes that would improve my health, my quality of life, and my day to day habits. Starting weight 339.6 2/26/2011. Current weight: 307.2 5/21/11.
