Coach Jenny here... That is so cool about your bike. It helps to find an activity that excites you! Cycling will be a big part of your exercise program over the next few months. Make sure to continue to get in at least three walking workouts as they will prepare you for the next level of training which will include walk-running. Sprinkle in cycling when you can and of course your Curves workouts too! Soon you'll find you look forward to what each day brings workout-wise.

Hey Sara! How are the walking and Curves workouts going? Has the weather in STL been nice enough to get out on your bike more?
Great new activity! Are you in Chicago? I didn't recognize where you were riding. If you are in Chicago, the bike path along Lake Michigan is a great one and I think it goes all the way up to Lake Forest if you eventually want to bike that far. Also, I was just at the Botanic Gardens in Glencoe over the holidays and my brother said you could ride to the gardens from the same bike path along the lake. So you will have some great options, especially come spring! Have fun!
