      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:02cd15ab-18a1-403e-888c-ce2396885a4d] --&gt;&lt;div class='jive-rendered-content'&gt;&lt;p&gt;Steve,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;let me say, WOW, and brrr, haha.&amp;nbsp; Congrats on running under those conditions, i take my hat off to u, if i wore one.&amp;nbsp; You did great man, determination, dedication, and desire, the three "D's", and u sound like u have them.&amp;nbsp; You would've ran alot faster, if not for the slick, cold conditons, don't sweat it, you sound like you're on schedule.&amp;nbsp; I ran 11 miles this evening, in OKC, lake hefner, it's 9.5 miles around, so, i had to overlap, to run my 11.&amp;nbsp; It was brutal, strong northerly winds, the wind chill was in the low 40s, felt colder though, ugh, man, rough.&amp;nbsp; I still manage to run it at a 8:48 mile pace.&amp;nbsp; I'm training for the cowtown marathon in ft worth, last day of this month, i'm excited, be my 4th marathon, and i'll be training for the OKC MM as well, afterwards.&amp;nbsp; Anyways, just thought u had a lil inspiring story here, so, good job man, keep it up, and keep running, Marlon&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:02cd15ab-18a1-403e-888c-ce2396885a4d] --&gt;</description>
