I'm hoping this might provide the outlet I've been looking for. I'm not an elite athlete, not an age group competetive athlete, and have no athletic expertise or insight to offer, but I tend to write stuff that people like to read and that they identify with, not so much about how to become better athletes, but perhaps how to better understand what compels us to compete in the first place. A couple of years ago I ran my first tri, and wrote and article about the experience.
