OK . . . .the other day I did the The Apple Swim, and the temperature was 22.8 C, or 73 F. Warm enough for a non wetsuit swim.

A mere four days later, in the same lake, just down the road in Penticton where the Ironman Swim is set to go this weekend: The temperature is now 62F, or 16.6 C.

Apparently, the storms earlier in the week whipped up the lake, and now all of the water that was down at the bottom has traded places with all of the nice warm water that was at the top.

My teeth are chattering already . . . .
