Muskoka Long Course

Hey Team Polar

Are any of you planning to race this weekend in Muskoka? I will be there and hope to see a few other Team Polar outfits in transition or on the course. See you on Sunday am,

I am planning on racing. This will be my first tri of the season. Previous seasons I would of had a race or two under my belt before this race. Shortly after the my marathon I developed tendenitist in my right foot which has sidelined me for some time. My foot is hopefully back to normal. I am really looking forward to be back racing again. I believe Simon is also racing this weekend. Team polar will be well represented at this race. Good luck if I don't see you before the race.

I will be racing in the chase format (the elite women will be given a 20 minute head start). It is an excellent course and will be tons of fun. Go Team Polar!
