I will be racing in the chase format (the elite women will be given a 20 minute head start). It is an excellent course and will be tons of fun. Go Team Polar!
I am planning on racing. This will be my first tri of the season. Previous seasons I would of had a race or two under my belt before this race. Shortly after the my marathon I developed tendenitist in my right foot which has sidelined me for some time. My foot is hopefully back to normal. I am really looking forward to be back racing again. I believe Simon is also racing this weekend. Team polar will be well represented at this race. Good luck if I don't see you before the race.
I'll see you at Victoria's Du! I participated in a warmup with the Waterloo cycling club last Saturday covering the course. It is a great venue! Unfortunately I found out afterwards I was fighting Strep throat which I'm now on meds for (and blaming my slow bike on!).

A goal of 45 and an actual of 43+? Some might call that sandbagging (JK).

Great job! Sounds like you're all fired up for World's!
Great job Jeremy! From all accounts, Boston is a very tough course and you did extremely well. It's awesome to see a training partner and fellow Polar Team member have a great performance at such a high caliber race!
