Well, here we are nearing the end of week three.. and I really struggled this week. I am down 9 pounds now, and it feels great! My clothes feel better, getting a little loose, and love the feeling of getting fit! I'm not sure why I was so extremely tired this week. It was so hard to get my butt up and get going. I have to admit I didn't make all the days this week. But, the days I did, I knew why.. because it feels good! I think maybe one reason is because I haven't been sleeping good. Boy- that sure affects me the next day, and I just 'drag.' I would love any ideas for some 'energy' food.
So, nothing super exciting to report on this week. I am sure planning on a much more successful week 4!
