NEED HELP?|

Keep it up gang!

Posted by JoeDecker Apr 8, 2010

Hey Crew! You guys are doing a great job! Very impressive. Keep it up. Not long now. Just think, this incredible journey started with a goal and a plan and now look where you are. I know you're focused on the upcoming event but what after that? I've been doing this fitness stuff for a long time and I'll tell you what keeps me motivated and excited is continually adding fun events like yours to my calendar. You've got this goal, you are all going to kick it in the butt, then rest up and find something else cool to do. It could be a triathlon, a muddy buddy or a mud run but find something. Having events on your calendar annually do help keep you focused and on track and healthy. I have fun, cool and crazy events that I do at home and abroad. These keep me excited and can certainly do the same for you. The skies the limit! Find something fun or crazy and go for it! You're already on your way. What the old proverb, "The journey of 10,000 miles begins with one step!"
