Today, I'll consider my first day. I believe I have the necessary to fulfill this goal. I am 25 years old, I am 5'4" and I'm around 138lbs.. With the research that I have done, I am not overweight, but I carry my weight on my mid-section. And I am sure, I can feel better and of course, look better, if I drop a few pounds. Plus, I want to see my self on a bathing suit.
Well, I found this great website and I am going to sign up and see what I can accomplish today...Once I get home, I'll take some pictures and attach them for reference..
