Great race! Honestly, I didn't see you after you took off at the start. It's so great that you finished in under 7. You can say you can run races in the 6's. You don't have to say 6:59 or how short the race was.

Shoot for 6:49 next year!

I don't run much. I'm smarter then that. I walk the dog at least twice a day.

By the way, here's a little math for ya,

Ice + 8K Run = Slip and Slide. Woo Hoo!
