Up and at 'em. 44* but feels like 37* is what www.Weather.com was telling me. Brrrr...always a littlle bit harder, at least for me, to get going anywhere in the morning when it is chilly and windy-but I know how I feel when I am out there and when I finish so off I went. I'll admit the last few weeks have been tough. Some necessary tweaks to my diet and training and I am readjusting. I feel like my running is just a little bit off but when I turn on the yay factor of what I am doing the energy just seems to run through my entire body giving me chills over and over again. Don't you all love to just 'be' when you run? I can't wait to meet everyone! Congrats to all of you Chicago runners! See you New Yorkers soon!
