Squat - 3 sets of 5 @ 250lbs

 

Press - 3 sets of 5 @ 115 - no improvement yet

 

Power Clean - 3 sets of 3 at 195lbs - did 3 the first set - 2 the 2nd set and 1 the last set - took 10lbs off and finished the last set

 

9.26.08 -

 

Squat - 3 sets of 5 @ 245lbs

 

Press - 3 sets of 5 at 115 lbs - no progress

 

Power Clean - 3 sets of 3 @ 190lbs - just another 5lbs - that's all

Can improve on getting under the bar

 

9.25.08 - Filthy 50 - why not...

For time:

50 Box jump, 24 inch box

50 Jumping pull-ups

50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood

Walking Lunge, 50 steps

50 Knees to elbows

50 Push press, 45 pounds

50 Back extensions

50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

50 Burpees

50 Double unders

 

Time - 25:56
