Ok, so I guess I was getting too cocky about my ability to run/train through the cold. Well it kicked my *** and I haven't done anything since Wednesday. This cold is a ***** and it has been hard to even make it through my day let alone train through it.
So....let's try this again. This week I hope to be back on track. 2 strength training sessions and 3 runs.
