Last week was not a good week for me. I twisted my knee last Sunday and therefore was out of commission until Thursday which I ran 4 miles. Other than that I took the week to rest. My 4 miler was at the local state park and was surprisingly difficult for me. I had to stop and walk a few times. It was a hard run but I got through it.
So far this week is off to a good start. I ran 4 miles on the treadmill today and plan on getting in a strength training session tomorrow at the gym.
