Hey there sports fans,

What's happening? I know something's happenin cause everything's movin.

Well once again we out here on the road and today we're in Canadagua New York or something like that.

But we've been off for a while and now things are rollin again just like old times. Familiar faces and places new music and attitude.

As far as the running goes I still battle with my foot pain. The Dr. I'm seeing has had me fitted for custom orthotics, done x-rays, MRI's and still hasn't put his finger on the problem. Very frustrating!!! It's come down to where he wants me to stretch my achillies area three times a day for five minutes. Sounds like he's throwing darts at a dart board to me.

Ahh, but what do I know. I'll do my stretches and see what happenes. Sure beats the hell out of cutting into my foot and having to recover for the next 9 weeks. I'm even considering acupuncter.

We I gotta run into the dressing room to participate in some filming goings on.
