I've been there and done that!

Just be safe tho... now, I really sound like your Mother! HA!

Be well,

Christine

I have been running on our new, indoor ruberized track at the Park District Center. It's really gentle on the feet and I think I'm going to be spoiled when I do start running outside. Last week the temp hit 64 degrees and I took to the trails along the river. Gosh... it was great to be outside and in nature! (My favorite thing about running!)

Glad those orthotics are working for you. (We'll have to "talk" orthotics when we meet!) I've worn mine for over 20 years and I really can't live with out them. Since I teach PE, I'm on my feet all day. They keep my back in alignment and they support my fallen arches in both feet.

Take care, and be well.

Ya Gotta Believe!

Christine
