Just went to the rec center and did a bar workout
. I like working with the bar and no weights seeing what I can do. I came up with a bent over row and did lunges and squats. Back to the roman chair. Didn't get to hit the bench or decline. Just the incline.
Still people leave their McDonalds Breakfust Muffin packages all over the exercise room and don't put their weights back. No respect for the gym. Oh well, I'm fussy. But I felt hella butch and tuff.
Now I'm going to the Castro to get tix for the Milk biopic and some coffee for the week. Really going to avoid running this week as to give myself a time to recover.
