Run in October

October is a race month, I did couple of events around the country, including Xi'an employee day run on city wall, Chengdu E-Day run, and also one of the biggest marathon events, Beijing Marathon. My first half marathon, I did pretty good.

First HM Training

First day of this month, I just finished my first HM training within 2hrs, great improvement. In the first two weeks, I trained very hard and there're too much calories burned.

XUpdates in June

I like June this year, pretty active, and today just got 14 Xers registered 2011 UCC&ZOOM National Cycling Series - Xi'an, it will start July 10th, contains Road Race and MTB, 1 lap, 2 laps and 3 laps seperately for amatur, junior and advanced level cyclists.

Running is getting hot, besides 5K run at Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, a new 8K night run was just launched.

I'm aiming to either Beijing Marathon or Xiamen Marathon in 2012. Looking forward.

2011 TNF100 Endurance Challenge

6th Hash Run 20110423

It was my 6th hash run on last Sat, yesterday, starting from Dianzi 1st Rd, totally 5K run with 3 games mixed during the run. The running speed is a bit faster than previous ones, game looks fresh, and this time with a lot new faces get together. Fantastic!

2010 Retro

In 2010, I did

13 rides;

8 runs;

3 hiking;

2 football matches;

2 fishing;

10 pools tour;

couple of leisure events.

Great start in 2010 to bring me a GREAT active life, gonna have a very agressive goal in 2011. Stay tuned.

Amway Nutrilite Health Run

8 Xrunners ran a 5K Amway Nutrilite Health Run today, it was a terrible running event, but maybe good for walking, decided to organize our own event probably next year. But still good since 8 Xers joined!

4th Hash Run

On Sat. I ran my 4th hash run this year, one more run to get my hash name! YAY! It was the longest hash run ever, since we talked about the Hash Run in Xi'an is more like a beer drinking activity but not run than much, this time, totally different, since the important part is to sending off one of the members "Blue Balls" leave the city. Every runners tied up blue belt, wear blue T-Shirts, get them in blue for the memories. I think totally it could be 12K, but definately an Epic event ever!

2010 Xi'an City Wall Marathon

Finished 2010 Xi'an City Wall Marathon today, it was awesome, not only having 16 Xers and Xfamily participated, but our first official marathon event ever!

City Wall Marathon Kick Off

Yesterday we kicked off the City Wall Marathon in BR SD, and distrubite the race package for all the 16 participants, after that, most of the runners took the ActiveX Running Workout followed couple of functional movements, 3K is not long, but it's a good warm up.

3rd Hash Run

"No Name" Eric's 3rd hash run this week, 5K run at Qujiang Pool Park, great experience, with more than 30 ppl joined. Great to bring Jimmie for the run. Awesome time spending.
