I just wanted to stop in and say hi to everyone. I am SO glad I found you. I actually saw C25K in someones success story and I wanted to check it out. I have been trying to find something that would ease me into running and I am SO excited to start tomorrow. Is it cool to start on a Thursday?
I always wonder this after I finish running. How long do you have after a long run to take an ice bath for it to do any good? Like can I sit around for an hour and THEN take an ice bath? Or do I have to jump in the second I stop running?
Okay so yesterday I did 30 minutes on an elliptical machine at work, at a pretty good pace, and when I was done it said I went like 1.5 miles. Now if I was street running that would be at least 3 miles. Are these machines calibrated to take into consideration the "help" they provide?
