I have seriously admired runners all my life. Just recently I have started to think about becoming one myself.

This August I ran 159.1 miles! Phew. Would have been 160 but my 5K messed that up a little. Otherwise I ran all the miles my program called for. I'm pretty psyched because this is, by far, my highest mileage month ever.

Hi, everyone! I'm a first timer, and I find all the comments here in the community extremely helpful! Unfortunately, I haven't seen anyone make comment on what to do immediately after you complete a marathon.
I'm just starting out in the world of Triathlon and I'm wondering what book(s) are the best to get and read? I've heard perhaps the TriathletesTraining Bible by Joe Friel but I'm not to sure. I want to most up to date training information and triathlon information possible.
