Site Performance

Posted by Ericha_eteamz Apr 16, 2007

Many of you might have experienced performance issues with your site recently in the form of slowness, time outs, error messages, or blank screens.

We apologize for any inconvenience these issues might have caused and would like to reassure you that finding and implementing a solution is our top priority. The IT team already has a list of updates and fixes that should help to alleviate most of the site issues and is working on implementing them.

We'll keep you posted here with further developments. Thank you for your patience.

Wow...This has gotten worse not better....
Today the site is totally unusable. Not that it has been great over past weeks.
I guess I'm back to email and phone updates to my users as I currently can not rely on eteamz site. :(
Hopefully this gets fixed quickly....

This is terrible. Unable to update games, practices, members, or anything. Everyone is coming into the beginning of the season. What are we paying for!!!

Hi,

My name is John and I'm an administrator for an Org Plus account with 28 leagues and 200+ teams. I'm a huge supporter of eteamz.

Whatever the reason(s) for the performance problems of the past, it appears things are now working better than they were a couple of weeks ago.

Still, I'm experiencing intermittent problems with blank screens, incomplete pages, errors when loading Games, problems with Domain Direct email, etc.

I'm living with these problems ... but I'm not happy about it.

Despite these continued problems, I would like to thank the IT folks working behind the scenes at eteamz, for getting us back online. I know they must have been pulling their hair out. I appreciate their hard work. And I hope they continue working to finish fixing the problems we are experiencing.

Thanks,
John

This problem is completly out of hand. Your errors, timeouts and long delays are driving me (web admin) and our users insane.

Fix it!

It's Sunday morning, May 6th 2007 and it looks like we're back to the same old problems - only worse.

For the past several days, I've been experiencing system time-outs, HTTP-404's, erros loading pages, incomplete page loads, sever errors, high traffic errors, bad link errors, etc.

I too have tried to be a supporter of Eteamz for two different Youth Athletic Org sites, but this system is completely unrelaible. I should not be getting calls on Saturday nights from my team mangers saying they have spent two hours trying to put a calender entry in.

I cant think of any web site I have every been to with the poor performance as this one.

I have also been told
"they are aware of the problem and working on it". After two years of that answer, I would think there would be a schedule of when it will be fixed.

I have begged them for a phone call from support to explaing to me what the root cause is and the action plan to repair, but they will only answer me back the "the techs are working on it".
