eteamz Help Resources

Wow.  Busy day today.

With the launch of the new eteamz login process this morning, a flurry of significant changes at eteamz has begun.  We realize that the login launch was pretty rocky due to some unforeseen server issues, but we appreciate your patience and feedback in helping us get the new system up and running.

The login change is just the tip of the iceberg.  There are many changes to the eteamz homepage, message boards, logo, and more that are going to be taking place in the near future.  In order to give you as much of a heads-up as we can, please check out the following resources:

JEN has the best solution.  PLEASE go back to the old sign in TODAY, if possible.  Those of us who rely on our eteamz websites need to be able to get to our ADMIN feature so we can update our websites. Matchups for this Sunday's games and our league newsletter and a lot of other things are impossible to enter.  Our league has been with eteamz a long time and we don't really wish to change, but we may be forced to if something is not done.  BIGGER IS NOT NECESSARILY BETTER.  We don't need more whistles and bells.  Just give us the meat and potatos back.  Keeping my fingers crossed.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU

Eteamz finally came through and I am now able to reach my ADMIN section through the new sign in.  I hope everybody had the same satisfying experience as I had this morning when I clicked for the 1,000th time on the sign in page, and found that it worked. I hope there are no more problems with the sign in page, not just for me but for everyone in the eteamz/active family.

I have not been able to get in. Have tried every possible way.  I have not received any replies to my emails and I cannot use the message centre or support boards to get any help.  This is just terrible, registrations and important information need to be posted.

Our website is useless as far as entering any new information.  My login won't work and none of the e-mail addresses I have are recognized by the system.  Any suggestions out there?

I have trouble logging in every time, witch is wasting my time. This new log-in would be fine if it worked. LOOKING FOR NEW HOST SITE. WAS AT YOUTH CLUB MEETING TODAY ALSO, THEY ARE LOOHING FOR NEW SITE ALSO.

Oct 22, 2007 1:36 PM Guest Teresa McKinney  says:

I am Head Webmaster for two sites, and I have been locked out of both of them since attempting to convert to the new login process.  The problem is that eteamz has apparently associated some strange email to my accounts, and doesn't recognize my real email to login.  It took eteamz over a week to respond, and then all I got was an automated response asking if I still had a problem.  Meanwhile, I cannot do anything, including accessing eteamz help or message boards.  The sites are the primary way that we update the team, and both sites are totally useless right now.  Apparently, this is a more common problem than I realized.

Dear Eteamz --

I have been unable to gain access to my site for more than 2 weeks! I've tried the steps in the login-in tutorial multiple times, I've emailed your websupport with no response and I even tried calling your offices only to learn I reached Active.com in San Diego and they had no idea who you were!

I'm totally in the dark, our site is down and I can't reach anyone!! PLEASE HELP.  I'd prefer NOT to do this by email but rather voice...however at this point some help would be a relief.  PLEASE HELP...I am exsasperated!

The new process has totally messed me up...

I think Active.com is going under with this scud of a relaunch.

I can't login any longer and need help but no one is there...  are these pictures of people that are now on vacation?

Oct 22, 2007 1:36 PM Guest Christy  says:

I've tried logging on for weeks, it won't let me in. I fill out all the 'required info' for 'updating' and it tells me the email is already in use please try another or login with it. If I could log in with it I would!! I email eteamz for help and all I get it 'follow the directions and make sure all fields are filled in' duh! already tried that BEFORE I contacted eteamz.

This new system is ridiculous!!!Go back to the old way, at least we could get on.

Oct 22, 2007 1:36 PM Guest Dave O'Hair  says:

You guys are too kind eteamz is totally screwing this up.  I am glad I am not the only one locked out of my website.  I get sent to the tutorial over and over but no real answers.  Somebody from support said they were logged in as me but I have tried nearly hundreds of times.  I give up.  This is a terrible thing to do during the peak of baseball tournament season.  Our website is worthless, thanks for the update.  PLEASE HIRE SOMEBODY WITH MINIMAL TECHNICAL ABILITIES TO HELP WITH THIS FIASCO.

Dave,

When will the glitch with "albumz" be fixed. Fans are not able to view pictures that have been uploaded to Shutterfly.

Hi, I am unable to view the username and password spaces for logging on when using my SideKick3. Before the changes I could log into the secure areas of our teams website,eg: roster. However on the new log in it says "log into the right" and I cannot access " to the right" Can we get a log in space on the left of the screen?

Are others with blackberrys having the same problem?

Please HELP!

Oct 22, 2007 1:36 PM Guest KJB  says:

Since the change, I can not update anything on our site from my home computer. I get into the admin. section and get an error report. What's up?
