Email bouncebacks

Hi,

 

I wanted to let you know that if you've contacted us via email over the last few days and you haven't received a response, it's likely because our reply came back as undeliverable. We usually try to respond within 48 hours Monday - Friday but it's usually sooner.

 

Our IT team is looking into it. I'll post when I have more details. Common emails that have been coming back are msn and sbcglobal.

 

It's best to contact us via your Message Center or Contact Support folder in your Site Admin if you're an administrator. Or, via the Message Boards .

Hi,

 

I wanted to let you know that the email system we use for automated emails (password requests, receipts, etc.) is currently down. We will have it back up asap. If you need assistance with please contact support.

 

 

Update 2/26:   All automated emails should now be sending.

eteamz is back up!

As I'm sure you've noticed, eteamz is down as well as several other Active Network products/sites. We apologize for the issue. We have no time frame right now as to when it will be back up and I have no other information at this time.

 

As long as Active.com stays up (it came up just a bit ago) I will post an update.

 

 

 

 

 

Update: 11am PST - eteamz is back up. The site was down due to a firewall issue on our end.  We had replaced it and it caused an issue.

Domain Direct is now Hover

Domain Direct, our partner that provides custom domain names, recently changed their name to Hover. They contacted all members via email last week regarding the name change. Some of you have contacted us wondering if the email you received is legit.

We've sent out emails to members over the last 2 days that included their user account information when they didn't request it.   If you were one of the members to receive it, we apologize.  Rest assured, your account information was only sent to you (the email you have on record).   No one else can access that information.

Our new SmartMessage Center helps you send out emails and manage all responses in one single location! Want to learn more?

Go to the Team/Group Messages folder in Admin and click to play our Video Demo. Check out our FAQ page as well.

 

If you have a Team site type you will see the Team Messages folder. If you have a League or Org site you will see Group Messages.

 

Your members and fans also have the ability to use the SmartMessage Center. On your main site they will see a Team Messages/Group Messages link. Members can contact other members of your site and fans can contact other fans. If you don't want members and fans to contact each other using this feature, you may turn it off at anytime within the Pages section of the Access folder.

 

This feature is available on Team, League and Organization site types.

Hello,

 

There's currently a glitch with transferring previously created Shutterfly Albums to your eteamz site. When you select the option to "transfer from my Shutterfly account" no albums appear. Shutterfly is currently working on the issue. I don't have a time frame but I'll post again when I have more information.

 

In the meantime, you can use Shutterfly and select the option to upload pictures from your computer. Or, you can use the eteamz albums feature.

 

 

Update - Shutterfly is hoping to have the fix released the evening of 10/24.

 

 

The fix was released on 10/24 and all is working.   Thanks for your patience.
