So two things happened this week. I ran 4 miles in 40 minutes and after the run, I wasn't nearly as sore as I was last week. I am very happy about this :D. I also signed up for 2 5K races as well and have a 5k race this weekend!
I am really beggining to enjoy running and I am finding so many other people in my community who enjoy it as well. I couldn't be luckier with this weather we have been having. It really makes for good training. The air is cool and feels good on the long runs and the sun is still shining bright!
I also have a very supportive wife (Thanks Jacqueline) who has encouraged me from the beginning and even recently herself started running. It makes training that much easier and I highly recommend that if you do not have a running partner yet, that you find one; Someone to share the joys and pains with. we are both going to be doing a lot more events B-).
